SATURDAY WALK-ON SKILLS
May 12th - August 25th @ The Canton Sportsplex
(No 7/7, 7/21 or 7/28)

Under 10: 8:00-9:20am & 3:00-4:00pm, Under 14: 9:10-10:10am & 4:10-5:10pm
Girl's Only: 10:20-11:20am & 5:20-6:20pm

Cost: $20 per session

Learn How To Shoot Properly!
Learn how to shoot using proper technique at the Canton Sportsplex.  These sessions will take place Monday Nights from 4:20-5:00pm. Sessions run from May 7th - June 25th. Cost is just $10 per session.

The ProEvolution Staff will be teaching age appropriate shooting, wrist shot, slap shot, backhand shot, snap shots, and proper weight transfer to make your players shot improve.

More often than not the art of shooting is over looked during practice and skills sessions.  Players aren't being taught how to properly transfer their weight and shoot properly.  Come learn to shoot and score with the ProEvolution Hockey skills staff.

Fitting Days Announced (Mandatory)
Terrier Parents, There will be three dates for your jersey fitting for the Terriers 2012-2013 season. This is MANDATORY for all players to attend. We are getting a different jersey style for this season. There are three dates, players can attend any of these three no matter what Terriers team they play for. The dates are May 9th 4-8pm at Canton, May 12th 9:00am-1:00pm at Canton. May 15th 4-8pm at Bavis. The jersey order is going in May 15th after the final fitting, we are doing this to ensure timely delivery before the start of the season. I just want to reiterate that the players attending the jersey fitting is mandatory, any issues please contact me at brian@globalhockey.org.

The second component of this fitting night will be special pricing on Bauer products. Bauer will be offering their elite level products at a Terriers discount only during these fittings. In addition to helmets, gloves and shells Bauer will have a full line of Terriers apparel present for players to order at a special reduced rate. Warmup suits, winter coats, dry fit shorts and t shirts, hoodie, baseball hats and winter hats and team bags. The apparel that we will be ordering here will also be delivered at the end of the summer.

Make sure all players bring shoulder pads and if they are getting shells bring their pants. Jerseys are included in the tuition. All Bauer products ie. Shells, helmets, gloves, apparel need to be paid for the night or day of the fitting. Please bring cash or check for that. If there are number requests coaches need to have a them set prior to this day so there is no confusion.

Congratulations to the Weymouth PeeWee Town Cup Team and Terriers Players for Capturing the Cup

A band of PeeWees from Weymouth captured the South Shore Town Cup Saturday evening with an exciting 5-4 victory over Braintree in the final at The Bog in Kingston. The standing room only crowd was witness to a fast paced game that rivaled anything in the NHL playoffs thus far. With the Bruins bounced from the playoffs, the kids from Weymouth were the last hope to bring home some hardware for the faithful locals.

Prior to that, he was an enterprise account manager in Silicon Valley covering clients like Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft, Bank of America, and The Gap for EMC Corporation and VERITAS Software. His vast business experience and success in the sales management and business insurance/risk management industries make him an ideal fit to manage the myriad day-to-day operations of our business.

MITE SPRING LEAGUE ROSTERS & SCHEDULE
Please note as an organization we know this that is a busy time of year, if you CANNOT make your specific practice time, you are welcome to attend ANY practice hour. This is a fun league, practice hours will be treated like skills sessions, Brian Yandle and the Terriers Staff along with the spring league coaches will be running the players through stations as well as small area games that will benefit the development of each player. ASHLEY PARKER NAMED GIRLS PROGRAM DIRECTOR
As the new Director of the Boston Jr Terriers Girls Program, Ashley is anxious to get started and move forward.  It is her mission and goal to develop the Lady Terriers to the most competitive, elite select girls ice hockey program throughout the leagues, conference and tournaments.  Having played at the college level and currently the Head Coach of a Notre Dame Academy all girls private school, she knows what it takes to take your player(s) to the next level.

The Junior Terriers Ice Center has announced the addition of a second ice sheet to the facility. In addition to this exciting news, it was announced that the facility will soon be known as the Canton Sportsplex Twin Rinks.
