of December 5th-December 6th
With sickness ravaging the Terriers team the boys showed true charcter
beating a very strong Minutemen Flames team in Marlborough on Saturday
morning. The team was lead by Tommy Rooney who had four goals and
the outstanding play of Dalton Neelon Neelon in goal. Great win
for the Terriers!!!!
REVIEW: Weekend
of November 21st-November 22nd
The 02 Elite team poured on the offense against a strong Top Gun
squad on Sunday and came away with a 9-5 victory. It was an all
around effort for our young guns who keep getting better and better
each week.
REVIEW: Weekend
of October 31st-November 1st
The 02 Terriers ran out of gas this weekend and ended up with a
tie against the Middlesex Islanders. Up 5-2 in the third period
they settled for a 6-6 tie. The Terriers were lead by Nolan Hayes
with 2 goals, Tommy Rooney, Bobby Lucca, Cam Joslin and Nolan Calow
all had 1 goal each. Despite being sick all week Dalton Neelon stood
in there for a strong effort in net. The Terriers square off against
the Eagles and the Breakers next week.
REVIEW: Weekend
of October 24th-25th
The 02 Terriers split the weekend with a win over Top Gun and a
loss verse Bridgewater Bandits. The Terriers were lead with a Hat
Trick by newcomer Paul Halloran. Nolan Hayes, Bobby Lucca and Cam
Joslin all scored 2 goals each and Trevor Connolly added the last
goal.
The Terriers were shutout by the Bridgewater Bandits 6-0, but easily
could of been double digits if it werent for the great goaltending
of Dalton Neelon. The Terriers play the Islanders next week, watch
out- these dogs are hungary.
REVIEW: Weekend
of October 9th-11th
The 02 Elite team kept up its strong early play and split a pair
of games on the weekend. On Saturday the team beat a feisty Boston
Jr. Eagles team by the score of 5-4 and then dropped a 9-4 game
to the Breakers on Sunday. The 02 team has really impressed with
there speed and skill in the early going.
REVIEW: Weekend
of October 2nd-4th
The 02 Elites scored a 15-1 victory over the Providence Capitals
on Saturday to kick off their 2009-2010 season. Coach Hayes had
this to say after the game "It was all coaching baby"
On Sunday the 02's dominated the play but fell to the Middlesex
Islanders by the score of 4-2. The Islanders goalie was outstanding
stopping at least 5 breakaways from our young Terrier Athletes.
